Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Think this is a Windows thing. The solution for me was, move Hoppscotch window to the extended display, make Hoppscotch non-maximized (this is not minimizing, but making the view smaller than full-screen), then maximize it within the extended display. Now it won't move to any other display no matter how many times you minimize and maximize
