Sorry about that. It looks like your homepage's desktop installer hasn't been updated yet.
https://hoppscotch.com/download
https://github.com/hoppscotch/releases/releases/latest/download/Hoppscotch_win_x64.msi

I think it's a good idea to include the version number in the installation file name.
ex) Hoppscotch_win_v2023.12.0_x64.msi
