📄 Description

The Kjqmt7v.csr file in the root of the project seems to only be referenced by scripts/root_key.sh, which in turn looks to output a file to a directory that no longer exists.

On the assumption neither are needed anymore, let's axe 'em and tidy up the project root a smidge.
