Unfortunately, since today, it seems an issue occurred with the library that allows downloading YouTube videos. Well, it's probably an obstacle imposed by YouTube itself.

Apparently the download speeds have been fixed and are now as fast as before. When the same problem arises again, I will leave this issue open.
