Well, all is in the the title :)
We need to have a default flag (i.e. a world flag) that might be used in some cases as a fallback when no flag exists.

I would appreciate this as well, i'm using this repository for almost all projects with international setup. The only thing i'm missing every time is a global and unknown flag

funny. I needed one too, and I decided to kinda make myself one with a greenish "globe" icon from fontello over a bluish background.
