The blue area under the white cross should be without the white lines.

Can you expand on what exactly is the difference? I don't really see much when comparing the 4x3/gr.svg with the svg from wikipedia (converted to PNG below)

The only potential issue I see is a very thin blue line at the bottom end of the white cross.

It only seems to be on GitHub when rendering. If you downloaded the svg, it looks good. Issue will be closed for this reason. Sorry.

There might be some rounding issues that cause the thin lines depending on the SVG renderer and resolution.
