Issue Description

Documenso Version: v2.4.1, Environment: Self-hosted on Synology NAS using Docker and Portainer

Problem: the completed PDF emailed is only one page (but it is signed) and is missing the audit trail as page 2, even with ENABLE_AUDIT_TRAIL=true. when you log into documenso and click the green dowload button, you download a one page signed pdf and the audit trail is not included as page 2 either.

Troubleshooting: updated from v2.2.0, confirmed configuration, tested with new documents. log file attached for documenso container.

uploaded fresh pdf and emailed/copied signature link. emailed completed pdf is only 1 signed page

a 2 page pdf, signed page plus audit trail
