Issue Description

The placement of the checkboxes is shifting upwards from the original position. This can be seen in the downloaded version of the PDF after signing. Attached are snips of where the checkboxes were placed and where they ended up in the final download.

Steps to Reproduce

Upload a new PDF, include checkboxes, send document, have user sign document, once signing is complete download document and view checkboxes have shifted.
