Describe the improvement you are suggesting in detail

Hi, I live in a Russian-speaking country, it is logical that my main language is Russian. I request to add support for Russian language in applications for more convenient learning and possible integration. We have quite a big region and quite a lot of users have limited language barrier.

I myself have experience in translating applications into Russian and therefore if they add its support I will be the first to run to help with its support.
