功能描述 / Description
1Panel提供了替换原本证书的API：
websites/ssl/upload，可以实现更新证书后1Panel自动替换所有使用该证书的网站。请求动机 / Motivation
对于多站点部署能够有效提高证书更新的效率。
能够提高 Certimate 在 1Panel 面板的适用程度。

是这样的，我很多台机器，100多个网站，一看到要一个一个配置直接都不想用了（

我也希望有这个功能，虽然没有100多个网站，但也有十几个，一个一个网站配置太麻烦了
