I am getting an error that qfirehose is not where it is supposed to be and other threads note that QC has removed this from there latest firmware update.

Side not there is no step by step set of instruction for initiating updates properly.

there is a step-by-step guide using QFIL instead. It worked for me, though is not been officially approved yet. Use at your risk.

I had to also used QFIL to change R01 to R02 ( including making backup and restore via QPST).
After having R02 again no problem to use QFlash ! ( tried to change official R02 to modified and no problem, havn't tried to back to R01...)

Any difference between R01 and R02?
I am using the 551E-GL Enginnering sample purchased in May last year. Will it accept R02 firmware?
