Hi!

I am the FreeBSD port maintainer for the acme-dns package. I just noticed that there is acme-dns/acme-dns and joohoi/acme-dns on github. Which repo should I follow for updates? Are there any future releases planned after 1.0 any time soon?

Thanks in advance,
Patrick

There doesn't seem to be a project acme-dns/acme-dns at this time. Did you perhaps confuse it with acme-dns/acme-dns-client?

There was at the time I opened this issue. I had contact with @joohoi who asked me to give him a couple of days to clean up everything.

Yes, the organization repository https://github.com/acme-dns/acme-dns definitely was there, but I deleted it in favor of doing a proper transfer of this repository to that address. The plan is to do it in sync with merging #325 , likely later this week and releasing a new version based on that shortly after.

The ultimate answer for the question is: the official repository will be acme-dns/acme-dns

Hey, @joohoi

nobody is demanding you do all the work you imposed on yourself with new versions and everything. I am in the same boat and perfectly understand that life gets in the way of volunteer work.

But please could you just move that repo over so I can release a new version of the FreeBSD port based on the state of the project today?

That would be awesome :-)

Kind regards,
Patrick

The work has been finally done. acme-dns/acme-dns is the official repository (did a proper transfer from joohoi/acme-dns so it's redirecting here now too). The refactored v2 has been released as a part of the process.
