I was hoping to connect my ESP32 to my wifi university which is eduroam, but i cant figure out a way. In order to log in to eduroam, i have to input my Username (example@uni.edu) and Password. Any ideas ? Would be great if you guys can help me out.

It would be great if someone add this feature into this library. There are solutions for eduroam but on the captive screen user should enter these infos.
