Update syno_dsm_reinstall to prevent auto updating during DSM install.

I need to change "smart_nano_enabled":true to "smart_nano_enabled":false in /usr/syno/etc/update.conf

/usr/syno/etc/update.conf contains:
{"autoupdate_type":"notify","smart_nano_enabled":true}

/usr/syno/etc.defaults/update.conf contains:
