Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Doesn't need to be revolutionary. Can be just "playlist" or someting. As long as we don't call both the playback pool and the permanent pools "pools", as that creates ambiguity.
Acceptance criteria: The project ubiquitous language has a term for "permanent pool", that doesn't include the word "pool". All mentions of "permanent pool" in project are replaced with said term.
