When i increase or decrease the time in offset mode, its making a big jump in 1st change and also the final value is not +-integer either (means its changing the decimal part). Like if i increase [00:15.481] by 0.1s, it becomes [00:19.910] in 1st change. Its only in 1st change, after that its increasing perfectly. Same for decreasing also

Its a fresh install, i just enabled the offset mode

Seconding this, version 4.3.3, both the version in releases and the latest in actions as of posting this
