Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the Editor mode, ScreeToGif can add a few shapes.
But the most commonly needed shapes are still missing: Multi-segment line and arrow.

The Ediytor does have an Arrow tool, but it is too blocky.

As a result, it is not useful for pointing out tiny parts in the screencapture.

We need a thin arrow/line tool as a laser-sharp pointer.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add multi-segment line/arrow tool in the Image tab of the Editor.

• The most basic option is to draw a line, and add control points to it.
  (The user drags any control point to change the shape of the curve.)
• Let the user increase/decrease the number of control points on the line.
• Let the user place an arrowhead at one or both ends of the line
• Let the user control the color and alpha
• Let the user change the line type (solid, dotted, dashed, dot+dash, etc.)

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
The Editor in Sharex has a wonderful line/arrow tool with all these features.

The white dots are control points, which can be dragged around to change the curve.
This can draw a highly flexible line/arrow.
