Describe the bug
应用程序的配置无法保存，每次重新启动ScreenToGif会恢复默认配置

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. 打开配置选项
  2. 修改配置
  3. 确定
  4. 关闭ScreenToGif
  5. 重新打开ScreenToGif

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10 21H2 19044.5011
  • Version ScreenToGif 2.41.3

检查一下设置界面这里是否正常生成了配置文件?

刚开始我改了配置存放目录，只要改动设置，重新打开软件设置就会恢复默认设置，

于是我彻底删除软件，从新安装就没出现过了
