I can not get a connection when someone runs it I have portforward through portmap.io and I still can to get a connection

I'm pretty sure everything is set correct like the IP and what port I'm listening on but if anyone knows how to solve this Please do.

PS: if its easier we can do it on discord so I can show ya just send ya discord.
