i have shortcut files (.lnk) in startup Dir so startup manger didn't show them ( i don't know if i am the only one who face this problem )
and if the OS is 64bit there is another key for startup
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce

so startup manger should show these keys and the files in startup Dir correctly
