Description

If we reset all content (Help menu -> Reset all), all user settings are wipeout. We shouldn't do it.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Reset all content only resets the application's setting
  • Persists the user settings (Tools Config, Matching Rules)

Fixed.

  • Change to Factory Reset
  • Remove Proxyman Certificate doesn't require to restart app
