How to reproduce

1. Open the old build of Proxyman
2. Verify that we can see the Update Badge on the Status Bar
3. CMD+W to close all windows but not quitting the app
4. Open the app again
5. No update checking

Acceptance Criteria

• Should check update from soft-open
