Description

Some users complain that whenever they open the Map Local Window, the editor will scroll to the top. Thus, they have to scroll down to continue their work. It's annoying.

We should fix it 👍

Acceptance Criteria

• Find a better solution to avoid "Scroll to Top"

Fixed: https://download.proxyman.io/beta/Proxyman_2.4.1_Fix_Scroll_To_Top_Map_Local.dmg

• No more "Scroll to Top" anymore if the local content doesn't change 🙌
