🐶 Brief

It's noticeable to stop the Proxyman Core, which causes a little frozen on the app. We have to improve it.

👑 Criteria

Quit app => Stop ProxymanCore and revert wifi proxy config Synchronizedly
Stop Core in Toolbar => Stop the Core and revert asynchronizedly

Stop from button -> Do async
