🖥️ Which Linux distribution are you using?

Debian 12

📝 Provide a clear and concise description of the issue.

The documents remain on hold, even if everything is signed.
I've only modified the ".env" file enough to send the emails via SMTP.
Do I need to configure anything else for this to work?
The web interface shows that the recipient has signed, but you can't download the document (it's still grayed out), and it's still listed as pending.
