Display the default port like the website

📝 Detailed description

Please can you add a display of the port used by the app on the script information page. I use these as a guide for labelling my static ip's in the descriptions to help me in the future, but I have to refer to the main website instead of the local version.

💡 Why is this useful?

Having the port displayed on here means no need to goto the main website as well
