Describe the bug

wont install arceus x (roblox exploit)
https://spdmteam.com/index?os=ios
heres the direct link so u dont have to go through adwall:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/9189zopoolbfnly/ArceusX2.ipa/file

Steps to reproduce

dl arceus x
drag and drop to playcover
it says no

Expected behaviour

it installs my executer

What version of macOS are you using?

Sonoma (macOS 14)

Get the app through a different source. That app isn't signed.
