More details

I'm keep receiving "The app threw an error during conversion" error when trying to open RDR-Netflix. The IPA is downloaded from Decrypted IPA Store. And my computer is running MacOS Version 26.2 Beta (25C5048a)

On iOS, the downloaded data is stored in /var/mobile/Library/OnDemandResources/AssetPacks, it can only be accessed on a jailbroken device.
But I don’t know where this data should go on macOS.
