The game can open, but when try to start the game and press the accept button, it crash to desktop. The same game works on Sideloadly though.

I don't seem to run into any of that issues running the game on my Mac with my own IPA
I can accept the Terms and run the tutorial level

I am using an M1 MacBook Air. You can see here that I can get to resources downloading, which is past the Agreement screen

One more thing, I can run it successfully using the fork version of Playcover 3.0, which have this option
