Describe the bug

This is a bit related to #742, that bug was mostly fixed but window controls still does not show up if an app gets terminated while in full screen when not in LiveContainer until swiping into the control center (sometimes they show up but rarely).

Instructions to reproduce

1- Launch app in multitask
2- Enter full screen
3- Have an app get terminated while not in LiveContainer

What version of LiveContainer and iOS are you using?

LiveContainer 3.6.52-Release (main/cd534bd) - iOS 26 RC

Other info

This might be related to changing device orientation when going to other apps but I need to test that to confirm.
