I'd think of broken files, but after googleing it may be an update issue.
Try manually removing those vpk files, then validate again ?
Otherwise, maybe find a way to check your partition/hdd health.
Ultimately, it may just be an srcds issue...
For record, what is your distro ? (also tell if x86 or x64)

I read that log more carefully, and the beginning is actually interesting too. It all starts with a "quit" command which actually asks the server to shutdown. So that is the key.
We'd need what's before that "quit" command to know more. Could be a command sent by rcon by somebody owning the rcon code. I personally disabled rcon onto most of my servers by removing the rcon password, to prevent some security issues.
You can find it in your /home/user/log/console if everything is allright with it.

OK, so the script log was actually relevant, while combined to your console log.
As you can see, your monitor is querying every 5 minutes, and at 16:10, query is OK, but fails at 16:15, then 30 seconds later, querying fails again, so LGSM shutdowns your server properly with a "quit" command, then as it takes some time, LGSM gives it more time (graceful shutdown), then it finally shutdowns, then starts it again.
So your sever restarts as it doesn't answer to queries anymore, which is an intended behavior.
Now you have to know why it fails.
