Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

im having problems setting up the web ui. how do i edit the file manually? it doesn't look like an sqlite database, or any other format i could recognize

Short version is you can't, long version is that you need to write your own editing solution for something called "bolt database" (existing off-the-shelf software screws up Cloak's format somehow and makes it crash)
