Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.
It would be great as a feature to allow the username to be renamed on Offboarding. It's a common practice to append/rename the display name of users when offboarding them in O365 so when your working in 365 or other reporting, all these accounts appear at the bottom and out of the way. Being able to rename is great, but one step more would be to be able to have the variable to append in a settings page, to align it to the MSP's own standards. (e.g settings say 'append XXX to offboarded accounts', then you simply tick it via the offboarding wizard).
Example
Live User: "Joe Bloe"
Offboarded User: "z. Archive - Joe Blow"
PowerShell commands you would normally use to achieve above request

Requested before, this is a wontfix. Each msp does this different and we'd end up having to maintain 100 permutations. See old requests for this.
