An employee can, for example, deploy a conditional access or configuration policy across multiple tenants at once. To prevent major errors, it would be desirable for this to be limited by default to one tenant at a time. If more than one tenant is selected, an approval request should be sent to a colleague with the correct permissions who can review and approve the action.

So if a user selects multiple tenants in the Tenant Choice menu, a popup appears with a message that someone has to approve it. Something like that.

Is this possible?
