Current behavior

Currently the app display a set of tools represent by icons at the bottom of the preview/editor, which confuse me every time I used it. I have get used to the old Boostnote layout that important features icon are located on the and less frequent used icons are at the bottom.

Expected behavior

I think the tag input & icons should located on the top right bellow the title of the note to not mess up the focus hierarchy.
