Current behavior

Tags are currently all the same color.

Expected behavior

Custom colors for tags. This would allow users to visually organize tags beyond just the name.

Environment

  • Version: 0.1.4
  • OS Version and name: Mac OS 10.15.1

Hey, Im gonna take a crack at this. Any pointers appreciated.

I was thinking of a few color boxes below the tag input and then maybe a color picker last.
Any color preferences?

Not sure about editing an existing tag, thoughts?

Hey, did you managed to do something with this?

Dunno about colors below tags, maybe it would clutter the UI.
The last or only item to pick would be color picker to select the color (even thou, maybe it is not such a good idea to allow any color)

Color preferences for default list of colors?
Maybe see google calendar default colors:

I also did some default colors in my App:
SimpleAppDefaultListOfColors

If you need any help or gave up on this, please let me know.

Since #704 is merged, I'll close this issue, the tag colors will be available in the next release.
