Bug Description
Was receiving this error, did a clean install, and still was receiving it:

CRITICAL:Librespot:AudioKeyManager:Audio key error, code: 1

ERROR: FAILED TO FETCH AUDIO KEY

MAY BE CAUSED BY RATE LIMITS - CONSIDER INCREASING `BULK_WAIT_TIME`
