在用access token 的方式时，

我希望可以选择在word里的请求反映到chat.openai.com网站上是只开了一个会话，而不是每次start都是新建一个chat
我没有太明白继续按钮的逻辑，不理解有什么作用
希望Plus用户可以选择GPT4的模型

我希望可以选择在word里的请求反映到chat.openai.com网站上是只开了一个会话，而不是每次start都是新建一个chat

我没有太明白继续按钮的逻辑，不理解有什么作用

希望Plus用户可以选择GPT4的模型

可以正在做整体的改进，希望是改成类似于github copilot chat这种的，开一个连续的对话，同时可以清除对话
单纯的防止回复太长时，可以继续输出
正在看怎么调用GPT4
