I'm unable to install DirectX 9.0C after installing the new 1.0.0 FULL release - as per #36 the install fails with "A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted."

Of the files mentioned here https://groups.google.com/g/microsoft.public.win98.gen_discussion/c/6Po47S-mvHM/m/jl0-jBSvHiUJ , only INITPKI.DLL seems to be missing from the system folder.

Oh man, I fixed this and in the very last change before releasing the new
images I broke it again, my bad....

Fixed again when 1.0.1 comes out
