Describe the feature you'd like to see added
Current version of Whoogle Search sometimes shows AI generated result. However AI generated content might be inaccurate and consumes more power from the server. It would be nice to add a environment variable that disables AI generated results.
Additional context

If you'd like to try out
benbusby/whoogle-search:1.2.1-testIt's got some of these improvements (among others). It's not 100% complete yet, but it's stable. Let my know your feedback@so1ar commented on GitHub (Dec 9, 2025):
Thank you for your reply, however I wonder in the new version is there any new config option to hide AI Overview? I installed the new version and didn't find any way to configure what I need.
@Don-Swanson commented on GitHub (Dec 9, 2025):
I could be mistaken because I’ve been doing a lot, but I believe I just excluded it entirely, because I too also have an issue with AI Results, so there is no config, it just shouldn’t be there.
@so1ar commented on GitHub (Dec 9, 2025):
Seems it doesn't work for me since I can still get AI results even if I'm using the latest 1.2.1-test tag.
@Don-Swanson commented on GitHub (Dec 9, 2025):
Interesting. Can you provide me some of the search queries you use that provide AI results so I can replicate and remediate?
@so1ar commented on GitHub (Dec 9, 2025):
I searched with some simple phrases like "what is firefox" or "what is chrome" and the AI results will show up. But when I simply type "firefox" or "chrome" the AI results won't show up.
@Don-Swanson commented on GitHub (Dec 29, 2025):
This has been fixed in the latest release. #1286
