As we are now reliant on the Leta proxy, are there plans on an alternative due to mullvad shutting down leta one week from now?
@Don-Swanson commented on GitHub (Nov 20, 2025):
I have spent the past month trying different ideas I’ve come up with, AI has come up with, or have been mentioned in similar projects that are up against the same challenge. None of them have come to fruition unfortunately.
As a last ditch effort if I cannot find anything else, I will just make it rotate though a couple of spare UA Strings we’ve found to still work that Google forgot about and an option to BYO Google Custom Search Engine key. The later being the only foreseeable “long term” solution. At that point the project will probably have its final release unless someone else discovers a novel new option.
