Describe the bug
I think commit github.com/benbusby/whoogle-search@389c0a4d8d broked some env config, such like WHOOGLE_CONFIG_LANGUAGE, WHOOGLE_CONFIG_NEW_TAB......

To Reproduce

Set env WHOOGLE_CONFIG_NEW_TAB to 1
Deploy
Configuration - "Open Links in New Tab" option not selected.

Deployment Method

Heroku (one-click deploy)
Docker
run executable
pip/pipx
Other: [describe setup]

Version of Whoogle Search

Latest build from [source] (i.e. GitHub, Docker Hub, pip, etc)
Version [version number]
