I saw someone already somewhere noticed this problem, but it remained unanswered...
I noticed that the browser asks for a username and password after each restart. Nobody wants to enter it each time you start your browser to find something fast especially if you have generated a large and complex password. Probably you want to do this once with password manager's help.

Are there ways to avoid this problem (firefox desktop & mobile) or plans to implement a login screen?

I decided to close the issue as I found the workaround. First of all you need to enable "Login and Passwords" functionality. Then you need to login and save creds. And the last action - you need to disable everything back in the "Login and Passwords" section except "Autofill logins and passwords"
