Many years ago, Google has this functionality which allowed you to move through search results by pressing the Tab key, but they remove that function because of "strategically reasons". So nowadays, I'm using a plugin in firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/es/firefox/addon/tab-focus-google/) which allow me this same functionality so I don't have to waste time using the mouse.
