Describe the bug
On a container tab pressing Whoogle-search on a selected text doesn't launch the search just shows the start page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set your Whoogle instance as default search engine
  2. Install a container addon (Facebook, Google, ...) and open a tab with that
  3. Select some text
  4. Right click, press Whoogle-search: "..."
  5. The start page shows up in another tab

Deployment Method
Tried Heroku and repl.it but I guess this is irrelevant

Version of Whoogle Search

  • [*] Latest build from [source] (i.e. GitHub, Docker Hub, pip, etc)
  • Version [version number]
  • Not sure

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Linux Mint
  • Browser Firefox
  • Version 82.0.3

Maybe this can be solved with some kind of option to use URL parameters instead of POST request

@SakiiCode commented on GitHub (Nov 11, 2020):

Sorry I just noticed that there is now an option to switch to GET requests. It didn't exist the last time I used this engine
