Then gmail or password is incorrect. Login to the gmail account first to verify the login details are correct

Hi @B16f00t, any idea what the issue is with Google logins or where we can start looking in the code to try to fix it?

I'd like to help but I don't really understand what needs to happen in order to get at the WhatsApp private data in a Google account.

I still haven't managed to fix the problem since some google accounts work and others don't.

It seems that the error is when special characters are used in the password.
Try changing the password, make a backup with Google and try whagodri.

Hi Ivan,
Thank you for the reply.
There is absolutely no special characters in my password, it's a simple alphanumeric password :)
Any way to help you with a debug option in the code ?
Regards,
Stef

Add in whagodri.py:
Line 90, 101 print(token.group(1))
Line 92, 103 print(request.text)

Yesterday it didn't work for me either, I changed the password, tried linux today and it worked.

You can try to change the password, make the backup and try, later. And comment on the results

I had the same "Unable to locate google drive file map for : Com.Whatsapp" error as several others. Whapa was working perfectly fine for a while now, no issues whatsoever before two or three weeks ago. No changes made to any files or account info.
I tried adding those parts into whadogri.py and ended up with this error:

The problem for me appeared to be with the backup itself. A new backup was able to download without issue.

I managed to sign in with DisplayUnlockCaptcha to run the script but got the following:

-------------- Whatsapp Google Drive Extractor --------------
[i] Searching...

[e] Error: Requested entity was not found.
[e] Unable to locate google drive file map for: com.whatsapp <Response [404]>
[i] Generating threads...

File ".\libs\whagodri.py", line 159, in getMultipleFiles
    print("[+] Backup name : {}".format(drives["name"]))
KeyError: 'name'

My password has no special characters at all.

What can I do?
