Could you modify the VM build process to add a 'VNC Password' field so those can be set rather than randomly generated?

Yes, but why? If create VM through WebVirtMgr you not need remember password, need click button 'Console'

I work with some others that want to use virt-manager. They use that to admin and console in, and want to have the option to set passwords or use shared password. Also, automation does not have access to the password and fails...

Fat fingered on my phone.

Does VNC work without password? The problem is the randomness of the
password as we have many VMs used to run automated tests. With a set
password, this automation can continue. With random passwords, it cannot.
