Using Ubuntu 13.10. Got application running fine, but i am seeing no use of js or css anywhere - ie 404 errors reported and no use of graphics or javascript. As a test I opened the whole of the static folder that seems to comprise these files that arent being read/found, to be readable to world for all files/folders but its made no difference.

Any ideas ?
