Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

In current implementation, to purge expired records periodically, users must run external tools like OpenRC/Systemd services, crond, e.g. Instead of purging records manually via wastebin-ctl, we could simply spawn a task that purges database after each specified period.
