Dont know if this is valid question.

I need help regarding subsribing to any shared hosting that is capable of hosting this wa-gateway.

I am from malaysia, if you could help suggest one, if there is any even from neighbourhood country like indonesia.

Previously i can run this on namecheap shared hosting but recently i never succeed

I have never tried to deploy in hosting, you better using VPS. There is many provider with cheap vps.
